Vera Neumman is a celebrated artist and illlustrator turned textile designer. Known mostly for her cheerful designs on scarves, and these more uncommon garments. Collected by many, including John Lennon and held in the collection of the Smithsonian, In 1975 the Fashion Institute of Technology's Museum launched a retrospective named, "Vera: The Artist in Industry 1945–1975.
