This gorgeous blouse is in incredible condition for its age softest satin blouse wit brown stitched arm and rounded collar paneling, gathered sleeves with hook and eye closures at the cuffs, round brown bead and loop front chest closures and hand stitched bust shirring using a threading technique named “fagoting”.
